Meet the Team
Kristie Howse
PRINCIPAL
Kristie Howse is director and principal of Solved Business & Taxation who specialises in accounting, taxation and bookkeeping solutions for a wide range of clients including individuals, small businesses, and companies.
With over 20 years of experience, Kristie holds a Bachelor of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce-Accounting.
Kristie attended Macquarie University and has previously worked for Small to Medium accounting firms, a Multinational Corporation and completed her graduate year in a Big Four accounting firm.
Vera Berberich
BOOKKEEPER
Dipl.-Jur.
Vera is a Bookkeeper at Solved Business & Taxation, and is a Xero certified advisor.
From 2012 through to 2018 Vera worked for a Big Four accounting firm in both Frankfurt (Germany) and Sydney where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions. In 2019 she started working for Swann Business & Taxation.
Vera holds a master’s-level law degree (‘Diplom Jurist’) from the University of Mannheim (Germany). She also studied Taxation Law at the University of Applied Science Worms (Germany) and worked as a trainee lawyer for the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (Germany).
Jasmin Powell
ADMINISTRATION
Jasmin is an Office Administrator at Solved Business & Taxation.
Jasmin studied in Hamburg (Germany) where she received a Certificate in Management – Wholesale and Foreign Trade.
She has extensive experience working across a broad range of functions – business administration, and bookkeeping, with specialisation in accounts payable and receivable.
In 2021 Jasmin started working for Solved Business & Taxation.
